This was our second visit to the Flugplatzfest Königsdorf – held at the end of summer at a glider airfield near the alps.

It’s a fairly small airfield and so the sheer number of aircraft on display and in the air at any time is incredibly impressive.

Highly recommended if you’re in the Munich area – put it in your calendar for 2027.
