For some reason, I can never remember the correct order of brackets for Markdown links – does the url go in the () or does the title? But I do remember the handy ⌘ + k shortcut that adds a link in most Mac apps. So I figured I’d build something to fix the problem with Alfred.
With this extremely basic Alfred extension , you can copy your url, select the text you want to turn into a link and hit ⌘ + ⌥ + k to turn your URL into a Markdown link.
